Mutual Divorce Handling

Posted on January 12, 2018 by Wilbur McCoy (Joe) Otto • 2 Comments

Divorce today is rampant, and is easily the most traumatic event a couple can experience, second only to the death of a child.

Often, lawyers only add to the trauma of divorce by pitting themselves and the two parties against each other, as well as adding substantial, unnecessary legal fees and costs.

If both Wife and Husband can agree to retaining one lawyer – a wise and experienced counsel – to represent the best interests of both parties, they should consider doing so.  We have represented dozens of couples who have done so and nary a one has regretted the experience.  (One warning though:  in several cases the parties decided to stay married!)

One meeting with us should be sufficient to persuade you that this is the way to transform one of life’s worst experiences into a highly tolerable one – often enabling good to arise from bad.

NOTE RE:  DIVORCE MATTERS –

Be advised that while we will take contested divorce cases, we encourage and prefer a couple to consider a Consent Divorce and mutually agreed-upon Property Settlement to save time and legal expense for both parties.

Do you mind if I quote a few of your posts as long as I provide credit and sources back to your blog? My website is in the very same area of interest as yours and my visitors would genuinely benefit from some of the information you provide here. Please let me know if this okay with you. Thank you!|
